WE NEED YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR TRADE NOW! If you had taken machine shop classes in high school (or wish you had), this is a great opportunity to enter the machine trades and begin building a rewarding career. You will not be stuck in front of one machine unless that is your desire. Whenever possible, you will be multi-tasking...not watching a single machine operate. We do not permit cell phone use unless for special circumstances. There is no wage tier system or "cap" on wage currently. There is opportunity for growth into other positions when available. You control your own destiny regarding wage, if the company as a whole is profitable.
