JOB POSTING Part Time Administrative Assistant Help Network of Northeast Ohio began in 1971 and is 24 hours a day 7 days a week Crisis Intervention/Suicide Prevention and Information and Referral Agency serving some 15,000 callers a month. Today Help Network provides 15 other programs throughout the Valley including Guardianship, Payeeship, serving Victims of Crime, Education and Prevention surrounding Mental Illness and serving Families with Children with Special Needs, as well as operating Community Centers in Youngstown, Salem and East Liverpool.

Help Network is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (O.H.M.H.A.S.), Accredited by Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (A.I.R.S.) the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (C.A.R.F.) and the American Association of Suicidology (A.A.S.). See Agency website for all the services the Agency provides; Position Summary: Qualifications: High School Diploma minimum three years’ experience in Administrative Assistant work. Good communication skills, positive outgoing attitude. Knowledge and compassion toward individuals living with mental illness/addiction disorders. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Administrative Assistant duties for the PRRC

• Assist the Director of PEER Support Services with all clerical duties as assigned

• Type confidential documents. Update PRRC forms, file documents as needed

• Prepare and mail all Peer Center bulk mail

• Assist with answering phones, taking messages, sign in all members and schedule members meetings

• Assist with all special events

• Assist with all data for Peer Center statistics

• Maintain the office calendar

• Keep track of all memos, correspondence, invoices and receipts

• Maintain strong working relationships with agency partners, consumer advocates and other key stakeholders
