We are pleased to announce that effective April 1st,PennTecQandIWAI Metals (America)have merged to formMetal Components North America Inc.Both companies are part of the UACJ Group, a major global company originating from Japan.
Since 1988, PennTecQ has provided custom metal forming and fabrication to the automotive market. And IWAI Metals has been supplying highly reliable products such as heat sinks and metal stampings to various industries for almost 25 years. This merger will allow us to build upon the UACJ corporate structure to leverage our worldwide strengths to their fullest potential.
